Equipping groups are part of Oakwood's Family Night and occur alongside Treehouse Ministry for children. Any adult (or teen) can attend regardless of whether you have children attending Treehouse. The evening begins with a free dinner served at 5:30pm and groups start at 6:00pm. Group details and registration links are below. You can register now using the links below or register on Sunday mornings at the Oak located in the lobby when registration begins.
Below are the Equipping Groups for the next session.
Oakwood is putting a big emphasis on marriages for this next session of Equipping Groups. If you are married, engaged to be married or would like to be married someday, come join us for this session! You are encouraged to attend even if your spouse cannot. This Biblical based study will explore the differences between men and women, the importance of aligning our beliefs with God's Word and the significance of speaking and comprehending one another's language for mutual understanding and much more.
If you’re tired of being pulled into a swirling, lukewarm routine of life that keeps you from experiencing God’s best, this Bible study is for you! Pull up a chair and join the group. Bible teacher Cindy Bultema takes you on an exciting journey to the land of the Bible to explore the early church of Laodicea (Revelation 3:14–22). Just like us, the people in that church struggled with trying to “juggle it all” and moving out of their comfort zones. Through eight power-packed sessions, including video teaching, discussion questions, memory verses, and more, Cindy shows you how to turn up the heat, fuel the fire of your faith, and strengthen your relationship with God.
