Good Friday

Hello Great Family,

I pray you are having a good "Holy Week".  I encourage you to come to our Good Friday service tomorrow at noon.  Hopefully you are able to attend during your lunch break or even better, maybe you have the day off.  The service will be an hour long and include singing worship and a brief message all focused on the cross of Jesus.  We will also celebrate communion together.  It will be short but worth your time.

There is still time to invite people to join you for our Easter weekend services.  Make this a priority!  You will want to bring someone with you to experience the wonderful blessing of God's Gospel message.

One change in our plans.  We are setting up a special picture taking area complete with a beautiful background and lighting.  The change from last year is that this will be a "selfie" picture opportunity.  In other words, the pictures will be taken from your own phone/camera instead of from a photographer.  This will be easier for you and the office.  You will have your pictures immediately instead of waiting for the office to send them to you.  I'm sure there will be plenty of people around to snap your photo for you, matter of fact, we will make sure someone is there to assist you.

Hope to see you on Friday at noon and then again on Sunday at 9am or 11am.  Please be praying for Oakwood's effectiveness this weekend!
