Hello Great Family,

What a nice day!  I pray you are enjoying this day that the Lord has made and I hope you are glad in it!  Warmer weather is finally here and it might be here to stay... well at least for a season.

Quick reminders:

  • We will be changing to our summer schedule with one service at 10am starting Sunday, May 28th
  • Israel Trip - exciting to see so much interest in this adventure.  Don't forget, you can save $150 off the cost of the trip by registering before May 16th.  Click here to register online.
  • S.O.S. - sign up at the Oak on Sunday to serve with us next Saturday, May 13th  at the House of Providence. 
  • Homeplate '23 - tickets are available at the Oak. Join us for this great event while we support our missionary, Jeff Totten.
  • Annual Celebration - plan to stick around after church on June 4th for a meal and some fun outdoors.  This is a great opportunity to spend time with the great family at Oakwood! 
  • Annual Membership meeting - Sunday, June 11th after the service.  Members opportunity to affirm the annual budget and leadership slate.

Hope to see you tomorrow morning as we open up the book of Romans and continue to learn from God's Word about loving god and loving others.  I encourage you to read Romans 12:14-21 in preparation.  See you soon!
