Hello Great Family,

Hope you are having a wonderful summer!  May God grant you the peace to enjoy His creation and renew your spirit.  Take time to slow down.  Make yourself breath deep, kick back, smell the roses and really listen to the people closest to you.  I pray God's best over your home, work and life.

It is time to finish our series in the book of Romans.  This Sunday, I will be preaching my favorite section in Paul's masterpiece - Romans 14:1-23.  I promise it will challenge your thinking about "Christian Liberty".  We should be able to wrap up this series in the next four weeks.  Thanks for sticking with it and allowing me to spend time pouring over the book of Romans with you.  Next up...The Book of Ephesians!

God willing, I plan to have a "Fireside Chat" this Sunday.  Come participate with us so that you will be informed about your church.  We want you to know what is happening here so that you can be fully involved and know how to pray for Oakwood.  Looking forward to sharing this update!  See you Sunday at 10am!
