Hello Great Family,

There are two BIG things happening this Sunday at Oakwood.  Your participation in the body of Christ is encouraging and essential.  I want to challenge you to be ALL IN for what we are doing to make a difference in the world and to be effective for Jesus in our community.

  1. DRAW Clean-up Buckets We have more than 100 buckets ready to be filled with supplies needed to help people move forward during their tragedy.  You can help by purchasing the supplies listed on the flyer attached and bringing them to Oakwood this Sunday.  Or you can make a donation by clicking here and choosing DRAW Disaster Relief At Work from the drop down box.  Every contribution will be used to purchase the crucial supplies necessary. Let's be Gods hands and feet!  Help us meet our goal of 100 buckets for DRAW.
  2. Worship In The Park This event clearly and boldly presents Jesus in our community.  On Sunday at 6pm in Centennial Park Oxford, we will be singing songs that lift up the name of Jesus.  You can help by inviting people using the flyer attached.  Also, post the flyer on your social media accounts.  Next, you can help by showing up and participating.  Listen to the playlist and get familiar with the songs so you can sing along and fill the park with a joyful noise.  Bring a chair and a blanket.

There is a great spirit of involvement at Oakwood and your participation is a blessing that we don't take lightly.  To be ALL IN means not holding anything back.  It is giving your all for Jesus within your church family and experiencing the joy that comes from togetherness. We appreciate you and your willingness to help us be effective.
