Hello Great Family,

I know my weekly email usually comes to you on Friday, however, Friday will be spent with family celebrating Thanksgiving. So I am in the office today, working ahead of the busy week.  Besides, there are some important things I want to remind you about while the week is still fresh.

  1. Pie, Prayer, Praise event is this Tuesday at 6:30pm - bring a pie to share and be ready to share some praise and worship too!  It's a great service!  Come hear what God has been doing in other people's lives and then enjoy some fellowship around a table with your great family at Oakwood.  Also, help us start filling in our "Thankful Tree".
  2. Help us decorate the church for Christmas this Saturday, November 26th at 10am.  "Many Hands Make Light Work!"  Come ease the load by serving with us this Saturday.
  3. This Sunday, November 27th (9am & 11am) will be our Thanksgiving service.  We have a special treat scheduled for the singing worhip part of the service.  It will be a Kluck family worship team!  A few weeks ago their extended family was here to watch Addeyln be baptized and they where sitting up front singing their hearts out.  Turns out, they are a very musical family and are willing to lead worship this Sunday.  Come enjoy the music!  I am attaching the songs they plan to sing so you can listen to them before the service this Sunday.
