Hello Great Family,

This Sunday is going to be great at Oakwood!  I hope you can join us in person for everything we have planned for the day.  Here is what is taking place:

  • Sunday 10am Service - The sermon will be a throw back to something we did nine years ago... Are you ready to "Burn The Plow"? Come hear what this means.  We are also going to have a "Fireside Chat" to communicate several areas of ministry where your help or participation is needed.
  • Sunday Afternoon Discover Oakwood - Are you interested in getting to know what Oakwood is all about?  This lunch meeting is a great way to learn more and ask questions.  Contact the church office today if you want to participate.
  • Sunday 6pm Back To School Prayer (flyer attached) - We invite all students (K - College), parents, teachers, administrators, support staff, & coaches to join us as we pray for the upcoming school year.  You are invited even if you are not in the above categories.  The Oakwood family wants to pray for a great school year!

So much packed into one day!  I look forward to what we will experience together.  I better get to bed early on Saturday night to keep you awake through everything planned!  See you here!
